Terms and Conditions of Pre-Booked Tickets

 “We, us, our, the organiser or AEP” refer to Abingdon Events Partnership Ltd

“Event” refers to the event, show or exhibition printed on your ticket

1.      Along with our terms and conditions detailed below you are also required to adhere to the terms and conditions of our ticketing agents JustBookItNow.com

2.      In addition to ticket price you may be required to pay a booking fee/administration fee per ticket/per order or other supplementary fees.

3.      No admission to the event will be allowed without valid ticket, pass or wristband. Defaced or altered tickets will become void and you will be refused entry.

4.      Tickets should be checked on purchase as any errors may not be able to be rectified. Tickets will not be exchanged or refunded after purchase.

5.      Tickets cannot be resold for financial gain. If we believe this has happened the ticket will become void and we will refuse the ticket holder entry. We may restrict the number of tickets sold per person.

6.      If any part of/all of the event is due to take place outside then it will go ahead irrespective of the weather conditions (unless deemed to be unsafe by Event Health and Safety lead/ Event Coordinator).

7.      If such a cancellation for safety reasons occurs, tickets will be valid for a newly scheduled date which will be announced within 6 months. We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred for travel, accommodation or other related goods, services or compensation.

8.      For safety reasons we reserve the right to refuse admission and carry out security searches as necessary. Anyone deemed to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs will be refused entry to or removed from the event.

9.      Bag searches may be carried out before entry to the site and items including alcohol, glass bottles and bladed items may be confiscated.

10.   According to British law no attendees under the age of 18 will be permitted to sample or buy alcohol and traders will implement a challenge 21/25 policy.

11.   The Event site has a NO SMOKING/VAPING policy.

12.   Attendees are permitted to bring dogs in to the venue, provided they are kept on leads, exercised and toiletted outside the Festival Field and are not brought into the Live Kitchen or Tasting tent. (There will be an exception made to this last part for assistance dogs actively accompanying someone who needs their help.)

13.   We reserve the right to change/alter the content or timings of any part of the event due to reasons beyond our control.

14.   We will operate the event in accordance with all government/local authority guidance and legislation.

15.   It is your responsibility to ensure that you check all timings of the event and your route prior to travelling to ensure you are present on time. We cannot accept liability for any traffic disruption. We will make every effort to admit latecomers however this cannot be guaranteed. Refunds will not be given if any part of the event is missed.

16.   Whilst attending our event you may be photographed/filmed for promotional purposes by either us or a trusted partner of AEP.

17.   AEP cannot accept liability for loss damage or injury whilst attending the event. We do not accept responsibility for any personal property that is brought to the event.

18.   These terms and conditions are applicable under the relevant United Kingdom law. Relevant courts of the United Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to these terms and conditions.
